Upon receiving a formal request for account deletion, The Great Game will permanently remove all personally identifiable information (PII) and data associated with your user profile.
What is Deleted?
When you contact us to delete your account, we wipe the following from our active servers:
- Profile Information: Your name, email address, username, and bio.
- Activity History: Records of your interactions, game progress, and preferences.
- Contact Data: Any phone numbers or secondary contact methods provided.
- Technical Identifiers: IP logs and device information linked specifically to your account.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate a full data wipe, simply contact us via our support channels (e.g., support@playthegreatgame.com) with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Important Notes
- Permanent Action: Once processed, this action cannot be undone. We cannot “undelete” an account or recover lost progress once the data has been purged.
- Processing Time: While we aim for immediate removal, please allow up to 30 days for the deletion to propagate through all backup systems.
- Legal Exceptions: We only retain data that we are legally required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.
